The Wild Fig

Helping Craig and Samantha Cordes Pearce develop their restaurant concept into a reality was a process that took many months and inspecting many locations before we found one that fit their business plan. After being at The Wild Fig for a short while they were ready to expand. It took another year to find the perfect fit. It was literally just around the corner-The Popcorn Wagon and the Colony. It was a long, but very exciting and fun process.
